Correcting factual details

Factual fields in your listing include your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered. To correct any of these, supply the correct information and point to where it appears, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once a correction is confirmed and applied, it will not revert during future data updates.

Challenging a score

Scores are never manually adjusted. If you believe your score is wrong, file a dispute explaining why. Common reasons include your listing being matched to the wrong business, reviews attributed to you that are not yours, or a summary that misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. We will re-check the source data and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a better number; it is a claim that the input data is incorrect.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, your listing is a duplicate, or your business falls outside the scope of this directory. The directory also re-verifies all listings each month and automatically removes those that are no longer operating. If your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request may be declined, and you will be told why plainly.

How long it takes

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Removals that are confirmed are actioned within 7 days. Requests that are declined come with a clear explanation of the reason.
